Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti is a refined Prosecco DOC Brut, made from Glera grapes grown using traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage, it has a bouquet rich in fruity notes of apple, white peach and citrus, with delicate floral hints of acacia and wisteria. On the palate it is fresh, delicate and balanced: one of the best-selling Italian wines in the world.
